The League of Young Social Studies Educators was established in 2017 and is a school-based organization registered in Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) of National Youth Commission and a organization representative in Education Sector in Local Youth Development Council of Bago City, Negros Occidental. The League of Young Social Studies Educators (LYSSE) is offering Youth-led Initiatives in the field of Social Action, Education, and Youth Empowerment. The aim of the organization is to address Social Issues, making relative solutions, specifically educating young people in Human Rights, Climate Crisis, and Reproductive health in creating a great positive impact to the grassroots community. Through its youth-led initiatives, the group aims to empower each community and raise young people's awareness of their social rights. LYSSE will also serve as catalysts for the creation of a greater youth community to the Filipino youth. Objectives Section 1: The LYSSE shall have its principles and norms in accordance with the mission, vision, and objectives of the institution. Section 2: The LYSSE aims to constitute the sense of camaraderie within its members and to the whole institution in general. Section 3: The LYSSE represents the league of Social Studies major-students, thus; its main concern is to alarm students about history and sociology. Section 4: The LYSSE shall serve as a medium for any bona fide students who are willing to enhance their knowledge in Sociology and History. Section 5: The LYSSE members must act with respect and dignity.
