The Cagogobngan Youth Organization is an organization that helps the Sangguniang Kabataan of the Barangay promulgates the youth empowerment and development programs. The Cagogobngan Youth Organization is an organization that promotes to strengthen youth active participation specially on agricultural production, environmental protection, disaster preparedness and other social issue awareness. It aims to lessen the social issues that is common in the community such as mental health, teenage pregnancy, and other social injustices by tiering up with the SK Cagogobngan to achieve a holistic and fruitful barangay.
