The Division Federated Supreme Secondary Learner Government (DFSSLG) of the Schools Division Office (SDO) of Bataan is the highest federated student-governing body representing secondary learners across the division for School Year 2026–2027. It operates under the interim guidelines of the Learner Government Program of the Department of Education (DepEd), composed of elected executive officers who serve as the official voice of secondary students in bridging learner concerns with the educational administration. Guided by DepEd's four core values — Puso, Galing, Talino, and a strong sense of Bataan identity — the DFSSLG conducts official meetings, passes resolutions, and implements Programs, Projects, and Activities (PPAs) that respond to the needs of all secondary learners in the division. The DFSSLG aims to uphold and implement the provisions of the SSLG By-laws and Constitution as the guiding framework of learner governance across all member schools in the division. It seeks to pass meaningful resolutions and implement impactful programs that address the general welfare and holistic development of all secondary learners, including those from marginalized sectors such as ALS, Indigenous Peoples (IP), and Special Needs Education (SNED). The organization is likewise committed to fostering transparent, accountable, and inclusive leadership through proper communication, honest reporting, and active engagement among its officers and member schools. Furthermore, it endeavors to strengthen inter-organizational collaboration and ensure that all initiatives undertaken are meaningful, inclusive, and reflective of the collective aspirations of secondary learners throughout the Division of Bataan.
