SAPAD SK FEDERASYON is a youth serving organization. All of the members are SK Chairpersons in all barangays but are willing to accept any youth volunteer to be a member and should be a resident in our municipality but must be 15-24 years of age . We aim to create youth empowerment programs creating healthier and higher qualities of life for underprivileged or at-risk youth. And those five competencies of a youth are: (1) positive sense of self, (2) self control, (3) decision-making skills,(4)a moral system of belief, and(5) pro-social connectedness. \r\n\r\n
