We, the members of the Red Cross Youth Iloilo, imploring the aid of Divine Providence, do hereby unite in spirit and purpose to establish an organization that shall faithfully embody the noble ideals and guiding principles of the Red Cross. With deep commitment to humanitarian service, we envision this body as a medium through which our aspirations and objectives may be expressed, nurtured, and realized. Recognizing the vital role of youth in shaping a compassionate and resilient society, we pledge to develop awareness among our members through the spirit of humanitarianism, volunteerism, and social responsibility. We shall strive to foster closer relationships among ourselves, our communities, and the broader society, thereby strengthening the bonds of unity and cooperation. This organization shall serve not only as a training ground for leadership and service but also as a beacon of hope and solidarity, promoting the welfare of the youth and the people in general. Guided by the timeless values of humanity, impartiality, neutrality, independence, voluntary service, unity, and universality, we commit ourselves to uphold the dignity of life and to extend assistance to those in need.
