Is geared towards the total development of the disadvantage youth in terms of his/her socio-economic, physical, psychological cultural and spiritual development of the out of school youth and other disadvantaged youth to become self reliance. Pag asa youth Association of the Philippines is a duly constituted barangay based organization of the out of school youth between 15-24 years old who are clientele of DSWD. As a result of innovative programs and services and further strengthening the capabilities of the youth program.
