The objectives of the Young Criminologists are the following:\r\n1. To contribute to the overall effort of maintaining the good image of the Criminology Department and College of Criminal Justice Education as well as the Tarlac State University as a whole;\r\n2. To uplift the cultural, intellectual, moral and professional growth of its members;\r\n3. To train and equip Criminology students in the operation of their crime prevention;\r\n4. To conduct each member to practice proper decorum\r\n5. To conduct seminar, trainings, educational tour related their field of specialization;\r\n6. To exert an effort to have a close and harmonious relationship and cooperation among the members; and\r\n7. To engage and to execute such other acts as may be deemed necessary in the maintenance of peace and order within the Tarlac State University campus and even outside the university in the attainment of mission and objectives of the school.\r\n8. Hone students to become effective and efficient leaders exhibiting a sense of responsibility, accountability, integrity, high moral values, fear of God and service to his fellow citizens through academic excellence.\r\n9. In still research consciousness and critical thinking among the students in order to address pressing social problems like crimes, delinquency, drug dependence, and violence.
