ECO-LEADS YOUTH ASSOCIATION is an eco-centric youth organization dedicated to environmental protection, sustainability, and the promotion of human rights. The organization envisions a generation of empowered, environmentally conscious, and socially responsible youth who actively uphold and defend the Rights of Nature, leading initiatives toward a just, inclusive, and sustainable future. Anchored in national youth development priorities and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ECO-LEADS seeks to mobilize, educate, empower and transform (MEET) young leaders to become proactive stewards of the environment. The organization pursues its mission through education, advocacy, and community engagement, inspiring members to take meaningful action for environmental protection and sustainable development. By combining awareness campaigns, community projects, and capacity-building activities, ECO-LEADS develops youth leadership, teamwork, volunteerism, and ethical stewardship. The objectives of Eco-Leads Youth Association are: 1. Promote awareness, understanding, and protection of the Rights of Nature as a core principle of environmental stewardship. 2. Empower youth participation in environmental protection, sustainability, and human rights initiatives. 3. Initiate and implement community-based environmental programs, projects, and advocacy campaigns. 4. Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and stakeholders to advance environmental sustainability and climate action. 5. Conduct trainings, seminars, and capacity-building activities to enhance environmental knowledge, leadership, and civic engagement. 6. Support and contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly climate action, life on land, clean water, sustainable communities, and human well-being. 7. Advocate for policies that protect ecosystems, biodiversity, natural resources, and the rights of both nature and human communities for present and future generations. Through these objectives, ECO-LEADS YOUTH ASSOCIATION inspires youth to act as catalysts for a greener, fairer, and more sustainable world.
