We, the Filipino youth leaders and FPJ Youth members, guided by the values of fortitude, patriotism, justice, and youth empowerment, by committing our inherent democratic rights to pursue a national youth organization that shall inspire us to serve God and nation, do solemnly ordain and promulgate this constitution and bylaws, which shall be the seed of hope of leaders of the future, who will be champions of good governance, equal representation, human rights, and nation building.
