Hamiguitan Young Leaders Organization (HYLO) is a youth-led organization formed from the Hamiguitan Young Leaders Congress (HYLC) that brings together emerging leaders committed to advancing sustainable development in Davao Oriental. It aims to sustain the leadership development, innovation, and collaborative initiatives cultivated during the congress by providing a structured network for young leaders who are committed to creating meaningful change in their communities. It serves as a space where youth leaders can continue to engage in leadership training, project development, and community-driven initiatives that contribute to the growth and resilience of Davao Oriental. ? ?Anchored on the pillars of People, Planet, Prosperity, and Policy, the organization promotes youth participation in addressing social, environmental,, and governance-related challenges.
