The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Don Ynocencio A. Del Rosario National High School, established in March 2010 alongside the founding of the institution, stands as the central force of student leadership and representation. For years, it has consistently upheld excellence in learner governance by empowering students to take active roles in shaping a responsive and inclusive school community. As the official voice of the learners, the SSLG bridges students, school leaders, and stakeholders—ensuring that concerns are not only heard but transformed into meaningful and sustainable actions. Guided by the mandates of the Department of Education, it leads the implementation of programs that address student welfare, academic support, environmental responsibility, and values formation. The organization aims to develop competent, compassionate, and service-driven leaders who embody integrity and accountability. It fosters a culture of participation, unity, and shared responsibility, where every learner is encouraged to lead, contribute, and grow. Committed to holistic development, the SSLG continuously initiates impactful programs that respond to the academic, social, and emotional needs of students. More than a governing body, it stands as a platform of empowerment—dedicated to building leaders, strengthening voices, and creating lasting change within and beyond the school community.
