Division Federated Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (DFYES-O) is a student-led environmental organization under the Schools Division Office (SDO) Bataan. It is composed of selected youth leaders from different schools who worked together to promote environmental awareness, protections, and sustainability. The organization plays an important role in strengthening environmental education and encouraging students to take active responsibility in caring for their surroundings. It serves as platform for youth involvement in environmental programs, projects, and activities that address local and global environmental concerns such as waste management, climate change, pollution, and conservation of natural resources. DFYES-O also helps coordinate school-based and division-wide initiatives that support the Department of Education’s environmental advocacy. ? To increase student’s awareness and understanding of environmental issues. ? To promote active participation in environmental protection activities such as tree planting, clean-up drives, and recycling programs. ? To develop leadership, responsibility, and teamwork among student leaders. ? To support initiatives that protect natural resources. ? To encourage collaboration between schools, communities, and stakeholders for environmental programs.
