Economic Empowerment

The Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines, Inc. – Ang Kabataang Organisado (PYAP-AKO) Mulanay Chapter is a community-based organization dedicated to the holistic development of out-of-school youth (OSY) and other disadvantaged young people. Operating under the guidance of the MSWDO, it serves as a platform for empowerment, transforming vulnerable youth into productive, self-reliant, and socially responsible citizens. Key Objectives: • Skills Development: To provide vocational and technical training that enhances employability and economic independence. • Leadership & Values: To instill positive Filipino values and leadership qualities through civic engagement and community service. • Youth Integration: To promote the total well-being of members by integrating them into the socio-economic mainstream of Mulanay.
