Education, Social Inclusion and Equity

The Silab Ning Aldo organization shall envision to promote an educational environment that is welcoming, safe, and free from discrimination for all students and to ensure that everybody is equally treated. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. To improve talent, skills, and capabilities through Theater and Drag performances. b. To build camaraderie by conducting support groups for all students. c. To support LGBTQIA+ advocacy and platforms. d. To promote a sense of belongingness and equal opportunity for members and all students of Mabalacat City College. e. To boost morale among members and officers through Theater arts and Drag Performances. f. To give value to everyone’s voice and practice high values and standards. g. To increase awareness among professional and academic personnel of the significance of this organization.
