Active Citizenship

The PYAP – La Mesa Mighty Enthusiast Youth and Solemn Advocates or the former Kasiyahan ang Karapatan ng Kabataan (KKK – La Mesa) is a youth organization of La Mesa initiated by the existing PYA barangay organizations and Youth Development Officers from the Calamba City Social Services Department. It is organized on June 29, 2018. This association includes a mix of ISY, OSY, Working Youth,and other Disadvantaged Youth. As mandated, PYAP – La MEYSA’s members and leaders are also the target clientele of the CSSD for the youth programs to be implemented in the city.
