Education, Social Inclusion and Equity, Governance, Environment

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of San Pedro National High School serves as the highest governing student body that is committed to representing the voice, interests, and welfare of every learner. Guided by the principles of leadership, integrity, inclusivity, and service, the SSLG acts as a bridge between the student body and the school administration, ensuring that students are actively involved in decision-making processes that shape their academic and co-curricular experiences. The SSLG is dedicated to initiating and implementing programs that promote holistic development among learners. These include projects focused on leadership enhancement, environmental sustainability, academic excellence, mental health awareness, and community engagement. Through these initiatives, the organization empowers students to become proactive individuals who contribute positively not only within the campus but also in the wider community — particularly on Hagonoy and Paombong. In line with transparency and accountability, the SSLG upholds responsible governance by maintaining open communication, proper management of resources, and regular reporting of its activities and finances. It also fosters collaboration with various school organizations, class officers, and external partners to ensure that all initiatives are inclusive, impactful, and sustainable. Moreover, the SSLG envisions leaving a meaningful legacy by institutionalizing systems and programs that will benefit future generations of learners. It aims to advocate for education, good governance, environmental sustainability, and equality—ensuring that no sector is left behind.
