The SHS Science Club is a school-based youth organization composed of Senior High School students under the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) strand. The club is established to promote scientific awareness, critical thinking, and innovation among students through meaningful academic, co-curricular, and community-oriented activities. It serves as a venue for leamers to explore scientific concepts beyond the classroom while fostering collaboration, leadership, and responsibility. The club aims to strengthen students' appreciation of science by engaging them in experiments, research-based discussions, science-related projects, and school initiatives that enhance leaming and practical application. It also encourages members to use scientific knowledge and skills in addressing real-life problems, particularly those relevant to the school and local community. The objectives of the SHS Science Club are as follows: 1. To cultivate interest and excellence in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through interactive and inquiry-based activities. 2. To develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills among members. 3. To encourage the application of scientific knowledge in promoting environmental awareness and community development. 4. To enhance leadership, teamwork, and discipline through active participation in club programs and projects. 5.To support school programs and contribute to the development of responsible, innovative, and science-oriented students Through these objectives, the SHS Science Club aims to nurture competent and socially responsible learners who are prepared to controute posifively to society through science and innovation.
