The Family and Consumer Sciences (FCS) Club is an organization dedicated to developing practical life skills, technical competencies, and values that prepare learners for both personal growth and future career opportunities. Guided by the principles of Home Economics, the club offers meaningful learning experiences that empower students to become skilled, responsible, and community-oriented individuals. Aligned with its mission, the club strengthens students' technical abilities through hands-on workshops in cookery. baking, dressmaking, beauty care, housekeeping, and other HE specializations. These activities not only build confidence but also equip members with industry-relevant competencies. The organization also supports students in preparing for employment and TESDA National Certificate (NC) assessments, ensuring that their skils meet Entrepreneurship is a key focus of the club, encouraging learners to explore small business ideas, product development, and income-generating projects that promote creativity and financial literacy. Alongside technical training, the FCS Club nurtures professional work ethics such as discipline, teamwork, leadership, time management, and quality customer service-values essential in both workplace and daily life. Committed to social responsibility, the organization engages members in community outreach programs where Home Economics skills are used to serve and uplift others. It also advocates for family wellness and responsible living by promoting good nutrition, budgeting, caregiving, and sustainable home management practices.
