FPJ Youth Tarlac is a Youth Organization, and the official youth wing of FPJ Panday Bayanihan of the Province of Tarlac. It is dedicated to honing diverse young leaders in the service of the marginalized communities– particularly the rural and urban poor sector. The organization strives to ensure that no one is left behind in building a future rooted in the core values of Fortitude, Patriotism, Just, and Youth Empowerment through grassroots initiatives and policy recommendations that contribute to inclusive nation-building. The purpose of this organization are: A. To build a network of youth advocates and create opportunities that develop leadership, decision-making, and other essential skills responsive to the emerging needs of young people. B. To assist the rural and urban sectors who are vulnerable and are living in and beyond the poverty line. C. To promote socio-political awareness and empower the youth to actively engage in government service rooted in the principles of good governance. D. To establish political linkages and ensure meaningful youth representation in local, national, and global decision-making processes. E. To strengthen personal, social, and institutional relationships that foster camaraderie and a collaborative organizational environment among academic and community sectors.
