Education, Economic Empowerment, Peace-Building and Security

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of FPFMHNS - JICA ANNEX is a dedicated organization committed to intentional leadership and meaningful service. We aim to move beyond just organizing events by serving as a professional support system that balances smart, practical decision-making with a humble commitment to the student body. Operating as a bridge between students and the administration, we focus on turning student voices into organized, effective action. Our organization is built on accountability and collaboration, ensuring that every project—from academic support to campus well-being—is handled with integrity and a true spirit of service. Our organization aims to bridge resource and academic gaps by providing accessible school supplies through "Project A.L.A.L.A.Y." and peer mentoring via "Project T.E.A.M." for students in need. To cultivate a culture of accountability and leadership through the strict implementation of the "Project Hall PASS" system and specialized training for SSLG and class officers with "Project L.E.A.D." To promote environmental safety and responsibility through the consistent practice of "GIGO" (Garbage In, Garbage Out) and the "Project SILID-BIDA" cleanliness monitoring program. To amplify the student voice and community spirit by providing anonymous feedback platforms like "Project Tinig ng Felixian" and supporting students through the "Project PISO-POSIBLE" drive. And to prioritize student well-being and security by launching the "Project P.E.A.C.E." initiative for mental health and maintaining an efficient "Project Lost and Found” system. Overall, our goal is to empower students by promoting active participation, leadership development, academic support, cleanliness, environmental responsibility, and overall well-being through meaningful and inclusive school programs for the S.Y. 2026–2027.
