The Maryhill College Singing Ambassadors (MCSA), formerly known as the Maryhill College Female Ensemble (MCFE), was established in 2011 as the official choir of the Maryhill College Higher Education Department. This initiative was led by its former Adviser, Mrs. Roserene C. Boragay, who served as the group's Adviser from its founding in the year 2011 until 2024. In September 2023, the choir underwent significant changes, restructuring itself from the Maryhill College Female Ensemble (MCFE) to the Maryhill College Singing Ambassadors (MCSA) and evolving into a mixed choir composed of Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass (SATB) voices. The restructuring and development were initiated by Mr. Joel A. Boragay and supported by their Adviser, Mrs. Roserene C. Boragay, along with the choir officers at that time. Since November 2024, the Maryhill College Singing Ambassadors have been under the leadership of Mr. Joel A. Boragay, who serves as both the Adviser and choirmaster of the organization. The Maryhill College Singing Ambassadors aim to nurture the talents of musically inclined students and promote choral singing in the province. This involvement fosters a sense of connection among students and strengthens ties to the broader school community, aligning with the institution's mission and instilling a sense of pride and belonging. The Maryhill College Singing Ambassadors embrace diversity and encourage self-improvement by welcoming members of varying musical abilities and empowering all students to express themselves through music. This inclusive environment enables members to develop skills and confidence, contributing to a vibrant school spirit and camaraderie. The choir not only nurtures students' talents but also fosters meaningful friendships, enriching the dynamic school culture.
