The organization is dedicated to strengthening linguistic competence and fostering a unified community of English language enthusiasts. It aims to support the academic, personal, and professional growth of its members—particularly English major students—by promoting excellence in spoken and written English. The organization recognizes its members as role models of effective language use within and beyond the school campus. Guided by the school’s vision and mission, it provides meaningful literary, academic, and cultural opportunities that develop future educators who are competent, socially responsible, and culturally grounded. While upholding English as an international language, the organization also highlights the importance of Filipino identity by encouraging an appreciation of local culture and traditions in the use of English. OBJECTIVES: A. To help the students especially English major students understand their role as models of the spoken and written language of English in and outside the school campus. B. To train English major students become committed to the school's vision and mission. C. To provide opportunities for literary and cultural activities thereby enhancing the students’ holistic development as future educators. D. To encourage appreciation and competence in the field of English, as it impacts on the society today. E. To demonstrate appreciation for English as an international language but same manners emphasize the Filipino identity of English language speakers through a deeper understanding of our uniqueness in culture and tradition.
