The establishment of the said organization is necessary and essential to further the mission of TRIBU CARIADOR OF SAN MANUEL. The organization shall be supportive of the objectives of the Executive Order 118, creating the Presidential Commission of the Culture and Arts (PCCA) in fostering a sense of nationalism as national identity and pride through the conservation and promotion of our cultural patrimony and our national heritage. More specifically, the organization shall aim to: 1. Promote, preserve, and foster the Philippine culture, 2. Express each member the aesthetic skills and capabilities through the TRIBU CARIADOR OF SAN MANUEL DANCE TROUPE, and 3. Strengthen appreciation of culture through participation in TRIBU CARIADOR OF SAN MANUEL DANCE TROUPE.
