The Rainbow Revolution Council (RRC) of General Santos City National High School (GSCNHS), the largest secondary school in Region XII (SOCCSKSARGEN), is a student-led organization promoting a gender-inclusive environment. Guided by its constitution, it empowers all students—regardless of gender identity or orientation—to live healthy, productive lives while advocating for LGBTQ+ rights and fostering equality through leadership and community-building.
