FCEER is a non-government, non-for-profit volunteer organization that aims to provide free and quality review sessions for senior high school students who are planning to take college entrance examinations. FCEER's objectives include the following: 1. To instill a sense of volunteerism among its members to help the youth through teaching and active participation in the organization’s activities, 2. To foster a network of young professionals that aims to help the youth in their preparation for college entrance examinations, 3. To harness the ability and resources of interested and willing people and responsibly channel that for good cause, and 4. To inspire review students to embody the spirit of volunteerism and themselves become volunteers in the future.
