SIRIB ILOKANO KABATAAN ASSOCIATION (SIKA) Established in 2014, the Sirib Ilokano Kabataan Association, Inc. (SIKA) is the official volunteer and youth empowerment organization of Ilocos Norte. It is a non-profit, non-government association that unites and empowers young Ilokanos through leadership training, community service, and civic engagement. Guided by its mission to develop responsible and proactive citizens, SIKA continues to serve as a leading movement for youth participation and development in the province.
