IGNITE: The LLCC Chorus (Inspiring Great singers through melodious Notes In Transcendent Ecstasy) is the official and premier choral organization of Lapu-Lapu City College. Established by bona fide LLCC students and grounded in democratic participation, IGNITE serves as the institution’s unifying musical body. It represents students across the College of Education, College of Hospitality and Tourism Management, and College of Technology who have passed the audition process and are committed to artistic excellence. Anchored in the values of dignity, cooperation, holistic development, and active participation, IGNITE aims to provide a platform where students can grow not only as vocal performers but also as leaders and responsible members of the academic community. Through organized events, performances, educational initiatives, and community engagement, the organization strives to uplift student welfare and contribute to the cultural enrichment of LLCC. OBJECTIVES Promote Musical Excellence – Enhance members’ vocal, musical, and artistic skills through disciplined training, performances, and collaborative activities. Foster Democratic and Inclusive Participation – Ensure members exercise their rights, responsibilities, and voices in decision-making and organizational activities. Holistic Development of Members – Encourage personal, social, and academic growth through leadership roles, involvement in committees, and value-driven undertakings. Serve the LLCC Community – Act as the primary arm for implementing educational, motivational, and cultural initiatives that support overall student welfare. Uphold Organizational Integrity – Maintain transparency, proper conduct, and adherence to the Constitution and Bylaws in all programs, finances, and leadership functions. Strengthen School Identity and Pride – Represent LLCC with excellence, creativity, and professionalism in all internal and external performances.
