Education, Social Inclusion and Equity
The Tandaay High School Majorette Organization is a structured student-led performing group that integrates baton twirling, synchronized dance movements, and coordinated marching formations into cohesive presentations. As official representatives of the institution, the organization performs at a range of school and community events, including athletic competitions, public parades, cultural festivals, and special assemblies. Through these engagements, members uphold and promote school pride, while contributing to the vibrancy of both campus life and the broader community. Members participate in regular, structured training sessions designed to enhance technical proficiency, foster collaborative teamwork, and develop personal discipline and confidence. The organization cultivates a supportive, inclusive community where dedication to artistic excellence is balanced with mutual respect, creating an environment that embodies the school`s core values of pride, integrity, and achievement.
