"SIKLAB Kabataan in Barangay Santa Monica is a youth-led organization that aims to empower young people to become active, responsible, and community-oriented individuals. It serves as a platform where the youth can express their ideas, develop their talents, and participate in programs that promote leadership, unity, and social awareness. Through various activities such as community outreach, environmental initiatives, sports, and educational programs, SIKLAB Kabataan encourages positive engagement and teamwork among the youth. The organization is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space where every young person is given the opportunity to grow, learn, and contribute to the development of the community. It also works closely with barangay officials and other stakeholders to address youth-related concerns and support local initiatives. Objectives: 1. To promote youth participation in community development and decision-making. 2. To develop leadership skills, discipline, and teamwork among members. 3. To organize programs and activities that support education, health, sports, and environmental awareness. 4. To encourage unity, respect, and cooperation among the youth in Barangay Santa Monica. 5. To inspire young people to become responsible citizens and future leaders of the community."
