The Circle K International Club of Maryhill College (CKI-MC) is a vibrant, student-led organization dedicated to leadership, fellowship, and service. As a collegiate branch of Kiwanis International, CKI-MC provides students with opportunities to grow as servant leaders while making a meaningful difference in both the campus and the wider community. It serves as a platform where young people can transform their passion for service into action, addressing social concerns and promoting positive change through collaborative and sustainable initiatives. At its core, CKI-MC strives to nurture students not only as volunteers but also as responsible leaders. The organization consistently offers opportunities to initiate and manage projects, allowing members to strengthen their skills in communication, teamwork, and decision-making. These experiences prepare students to become effective leaders who can contribute beyond the college walls. Equally important is the fellowship fostered within the club. By creating a supportive and inclusive environment, CKI-MC builds lasting friendships and a sense of community among members. This spirit of camaraderie enhances the joy of serving others and motivates students to continue their commitment to volunteerism. The objectives of CKI-MC revolve around five essential goals: to promote active volunteerism through impactful service projects, to cultivate leadership through hands-on experiences, to foster fellowship and teamwork among students, to uphold the values of Circle K International and Maryhill College through service, and to inspire a lifelong dedication to civic responsibility. Guided by the motto “Live to Serve, Love to Serve,” the club emphasizes that service is not just an activity but a way of life.
