Education, Governance, Active Citizenship, Environment
The Kabataan sa Kartilya ng Katipunan (KKK) is a national youth organization established in April 2020. It is officially registered with the National Youth Commission (NYC) under the Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP). The organization is dedicated to fostering youth empowerment and civic engagement across the Philippines, guided by the core values of Sikbay (Service), Diwa (Spirit), and Dangal (Integrity). Our mission is to cultivate a deep sense of nationalism and social responsibility among the Filipino youth, inspired by the historical lessons of the Katipunan and the motto, “Serbisyo at Talino ng Kabataan, para sa Bayan.” As a recognized national entity, KKK operates through a structured framework designed to address the multifaceted needs of the youth. Our flagship initiative, the "Lead the Youth PH" program, serves as the primary vehicle for our advocacies. This program is built upon six strategic pillars: Education and Skills Development, Leadership and Governance, Socio-Civic Engagement, Environmental Stewardship, Inclusivity, and Culture and the Arts. These pillars are deliberately aligned with the Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), ensuring that our localized efforts contribute to broader national and global developmental targets. The establishment of the KKK Iloilo Chapter represents our commitment to decentralizing these impactful programs and making them accessible to the Ilonggo youth. By registering with the Iloilo Provincial Youth Development Office, we aim to institutionalize our presence within the province and collaborate with local government units. Our objective is to re-echo the "Lead the Youth PH" framework at the grassroots level, providing a platform for Ilonggo youth to enhance their leadership capabilities and participate in community-building. Through this collaboration and network, KKK seeks to contribute to the holistic development of the youth in Iloilo, ensuring they are equipped to become active, informed, and productive citizens of the province.
