Active Citizenship

The Sagacious Awesome Youth - PYAP Looc is a youth organization of Looc initiated by the existing PYA barangay organizations and Youth Development Officers from the Calamba City Social Services Department. It is organized on June 29, 2012. This association includes a mix of ISY, OSY, Working Youth,and other Disadvantaged Youth. As mandated, SAY PYAP - Looc’s members and leaders are also the target clientele of the CSSD for the youth programs to be implemented in the city.
