The University of Eastern Philippines University Student Council – PRM Campus (UEP USC-PRMC) is the highest governing student body of the UEP Pedro Rebadulla Memorial Campus in Catubig that serves as the official representative of the students in promoting their welfare, rights, and interests. It is committed to fostering responsible leadership, unity, and active participation among students through the implementation of academic, cultural, social, and community-based programs and activities. The council also serves as a link between the student body and the university administration in addressing concerns, encouraging collaboration, and upholding the values of integrity, excellence, service, and accountability for the holistic development of every student.
