Social Inclusion and Equity, Peace-Building and Security

The Parish Youth Coordinating Council (PYCC) is a dynamic organization that serves as the central body for all youth ministries within the parish. It aims to unite young people from different chapels and communities, guiding them to grow in faith, leadership, and service. Through the PYCC, the youth are given a platform to actively participate in the life and mission of the Church, fostering a sense of belonging and responsibility. The council is composed of dedicated officers and representatives from various chapels who work together to plan, organize, and implement activities that nurture the spiritual, social, and personal development of the youth. These activities include prayer gatherings, formation seminars, outreach programs, and participation in parish-wide celebrations such as fiestas, liturgical events, and youth camps. One of the primary goals of the PYCC is to empower young individuals to become active disciples of Christ by strengthening their faith and encouraging them to live out Christian values in their daily lives. It also promotes unity among the youth, building strong relationships rooted in respect, cooperation, and shared purpose. Moreover, the PYCC serves as a bridge between the parish leadership and the youth sector, ensuring that the voices, needs, and concerns of the young people are heard and addressed. Through collaboration with parish priests, coordinators, and other ministries, the council helps create meaningful and impactful programs.
