"The organization shall envisions a community of empowered and responsible youth actively participating in nation-building through civic engagement, leadership, and community service. The organization shall mobilize and develop young leaders by organizing community programs such as legal aid initiatives, medical missions, disaster response activities, environmental projects, and civic engagement programs that promote active citizenship. a. To promote active citizenship and youth leadership in the community. b. To organize community service programs such as medical missions, legal aid activities, and relief operations. c. To support disaster preparedness and response initiatives during calamities and emergencies. d. To promote environmental protection through clean-up drives, tree planting, and sustainability programs e. To collaborate with government agencies, non-government organizations, and private institutions to implement community development programs. f. To encourage youth participation in governance, volunteerism, and civic responsibility."
