Ilaya Youth Movement (IYM) also focuses on developing young leaders who demonstrate integrity, responsibility, compassion, and servant leadership. It believes that the youth play an important role in both the church and community, and therefore seeks to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and values necessary to become effective Christian leaders and positive role models.
