The Sodality and Confederation of Rationally Ignited Body of Empowered and Righteous Secretaries (SCRIBERS) is the official club of student secretaries in the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Mulanay Campus. The club serves as a coordinating and monitoring body that supports the programs, activities, and events of the University Student Government and recognized student organizations. SCRIBERS primarily ensures the proper implementation of attendance monitoring, documentation, and active student participation during university activities and events. The club aims to promote discipline, responsibility, accountability, and cooperation among students through accurate attendance management and organized event coordination. SCRIBERS also helps maintain order and encourages active involvement among students, recognizing that participation and proper monitoring greatly contribute to the success of every university event and program. Specifically, the club seeks to: Ensure proper attendance monitoring and documentation during school activities and events; Promote active participation and cooperation among students and organizations; Assist the University Student Government in organizing successful and orderly programs; Develop leadership, communication, and secretarial skills among members; and Uphold professionalism, integrity, and service within the student community.
