The name of the organization shall be called ICHTHUS Society. In Fisheries, it is usually focused on aquatic flora and fauna, “FISH” is the primary topic that comes to mind, translating it to the oldest known language (GREEK): Thus “ICHTHUS”. Objectives are as follow:\r\n1. To support the general interest of society members and the BS Fisheries student body at large;\r\n2. To promote and encourage the study and appreciation of the Bachelor of Science in Fisheries;\r\n3. To enrich the education of BS Fisheries students;\r\n4. To promote camaraderie among the members of Institute of Fisheries;\r\n5. To provide a positive space where members can go relax; and\r\n6. To encourage volunteerism, leadership, community service and fellowship to all society members.
