Economic Empowerment

The 4K's of Hermosa is a non-profit youth organization established in 2025, dedicated to empowering young people in the community of Hermosa. The name stands for Kabataan, Kabuhayan, Kanegosyo, and KaEkonomiya — Youth, Livelihood, Entrepreneurship, and Economy — reflecting the organization's commitment to holistic youth development that goes beyond social engagement and into real-world readiness. We are a community of young people aged 15 to 30, united by a shared desire to grow, serve, and lead. Our members come from all walks of life — students, young professionals, and community advocates — all residing or studying within Hermosa.We believe that the youth of today are the builders of tomorrow. Through our programs and initiatives, we cultivate leadership, teamwork, civic responsibility, and entrepreneurial thinking among our members. We envision a generation of empowered, compassionate, and economically aware young people committed to uplifting their community The 4K's of Hermosa organizes meaningful programs, community service drives, livelihood initiatives, and youth-led activities that promote personal growth and community development. Our four active committees — Programs and Activities, Community Service and Outreach, Finance, and Membership and Welfare — ensure that every effort is purposeful, well-organized, and impactful.
