The Fuerza de Sta. Isabel Volleyball Defenders (FIVD) Club was officially established on September 21, 2024 through the initiative of Mr. Tommy Nicasio N. Estacio, a passionate advocate for sports development and youth empowerment. Founded with the vision of nurturing discipline, teamwork, and athletic excellence among young volleyball enthusiasts, the club began its journey with only twelve (12) determined volleyball players who were carefully scouted during the School Intramurals of Central Taytay Senior High School. Despite its humble beginnings, the club was built upon a strong commitment to develop aspiring athletes and provide them with meaningful opportunities to grow both in sports and in character. Driven by dedication and a shared dream, the Fuerza de Sta. Isabel Volleyball Defenders (FIVD) Club aspires to become recognized as the first boys’ volleyball team from its community to be officially fielded in prestigious competitions such as the District Meet and Provincial Meet. The club serves not only as a training ground for competitive volleyball but also as an avenue where young athletes are inspired to pursue excellence, sportsmanship, and perseverance. Beyond competition, the organization strongly advocates inclusivity and accessibility in sports. Mr. Estacio envisioned a program where aspiring players, regardless of financial capacity, could freely access quality volleyball training and mentorship. Through this advocacy, the club hopes to inspire more youth to actively participate in sports and discover their potential. Moreover, the organization dreams of producing highly skilled and caliber volleyball players in both the boys’ and girls’ divisions who can proudly represent their schools and communities in higher levels of competition. Today, the Fuerza de Sta. Isabel Volleyball Defenders Club continues to stand as a symbol of passion, determination, and hope for the future of grassroots volleyball development in the community.
