The Samahan ng mga Iskolar ng Davao de Oro – Maco Chapter (DdOSP-SID Maco Chapter) is a duly recognized municipal-based chapter of the Davao de Oro Scholarship Program – Samahan ng mga Iskolar ng Davao de Oro (DdOSP-SID). It is composed of scholars committed to academic excellence, leadership, volunteerism, and community involvement. Guided by the organization’s core principle, “We Walk Our Talk,” the chapter serves as a platform for empowering scholars through meaningful programs, activities, and initiatives that promote personal growth, social responsibility, unity, and nation-building. The organization continuously fosters a culture of integrity, accountability, compassion, and active participation among scholars while strengthening camaraderie and service within the community. The DdOSP-SID Maco Chapter aims to develop scholars into responsible and transformative leaders by enhancing their capabilities in leadership, community engagement, and organizational participation. Specifically, it seeks to: 1. Promote volunteerism, discipline, and active participation among scholars; 2. Strengthen unity, camaraderie, and democratic values within the organization; 3. Protect and advocate for the rights and welfare of scholars; 4. Encourage involvement in programs and activities that contribute to community and national development; and 5. Empower scholars to become socially aware, compassionate, and service-oriented individuals dedicated to creating positive change in society.
