The Holy Angel University - University Student Council is the highest governing student body of Holy Angel University in Angeles City, one of the largest academic institutions in Central Luzon, representing the interests, welfare, and collective voice of the Angelite studentry. Guided by its Constitution, the Council serves as a just, responsive, and service-oriented institution committed to promoting student empowerment, leadership, unity, and active participation within the university community. It acts as a bridge between the students and the university administration by addressing student concerns, recommending policies, and ensuring that the rights and welfare of students are protected and upheld. The University Student Council is founded on the principles of integrity, accountability, equality, transparency, solidarity, and responsible leadership. It seeks to cultivate student leaders who embody competence, compassion, and social responsibility while fostering meaningful collaboration among students, organizations, and other sectors of the university. Through programs, projects, and initiatives, the Council promotes holistic student development and encourages active engagement in academic, socio-civic, cultural, spiritual, and community-oriented endeavors. Furthermore, the University Student Council serves as the head of the Executive Branch of the University Student Government, primarily responsible for implementing and upholding the provisions of the Constitution. It leads the execution of student-centered programs, projects, and initiatives that promote the welfare and development of the Angelite studentry. The Council also oversees and coordinates with accredited student organizations, ensures the effective dissemination of relevant information to students, and represents the student body in university policy-making bodies whenever necessary. Through its leadership, the Council encourages accountability, active citizenship, proper conduct, and meaningful student participation within the university community. Ultimately, the Holy Angel University - University Student Council exists to serve as the united and genuine representative of the student body, committed to advancing student welfare and contributing to the continuous growth and development of both the university and society.
