The Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines – Mabalacat Federation is dedicated to the holistic development of youth aged 15 to 30. Our federation is a community of young leaders committed to empowering one another, with a primary focus on uplifting out-of-school children and youth (OSCY) and those in disadvantaged circumstances. By addressing core issues through strategic advocacy and dialogue, we strive to be the voice and the catalyst for change in our city. Our Mission: To build a functional, systematic community that elevates youth livelihoods through targeted assistance, inclusive activities, and sustainable programs. Our Vision: An empowered and transformative youth sector that drives the continuous improvement and well-being of our society. Core Objectives: ? Leadership & Productivity: Cultivate socially responsible citizens who are economically productive and ready to lead. ? Positive Intervention: Reduce engagement in harmful vices through transformative, character-building programs. ? Inclusion & Camaraderie: Support OSCY and disadvantaged youth through initiatives that foster leadership and a sense of belonging. ? Educational Equity: Ensure no youth is left behind by creating pathways to quality education.
