The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Kalibo Integrated Special Education Center is a schoolbased youth organization established on May 5, 2023 and guided by its Constitution and By-Laws adopted on July 29, 2024. The organization serves as the official representative body of learners, promoting student leadership, active citizenship, inclusivity, and youth empowerment among both regular students and learners with special educational needs. It provides opportunities for students to participate in school governance, leadership development, and community-oriented activities that foster discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and respect. Objectives: 1. To represent and promote the welfare, rights, and interests of all learners. 2. To develop leadership, responsibility, and active participation among the youth. 3. To implement programs and activities that support education, social inclusion, and student empowerment. 4. To encourage unity, cooperation, and respect within the school community. 5.
