Palsong Apex Volleyball Club (PAVC) is a community-based grassroots sports organization rooted in Barangay Palaong, Bula, Camarines Sur. Established by local sports enthusiasts and youth leaders, the club serves as a dedicated platform for aspiring and seasoned volleyball players to hone their skills, foster camaraderie, and showcase their athletic talents. PAVC is committed to elevating the standard of local volleyball while promoting a culture of health, discipline, and active community participation among the youth and residents of Bula.
