since its establishment in 2021, Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT) Ormoc City Chapter has remained true and dedicated to its mission in being the primary organization catalyzing the need for youth empowerment in preventing illegal drugs, terorrism, and other social issues from affecting the youth. It has become the backbone and foundation in empowering the youth to become proactive partners of the Local Government Unit, Ormoc City Police Office, and other agencies in addressing social issues affecting the community. It was organized primarily to serve as the primary youth advocacy organization that will prevent the youth from its vulnerability to illegal drugs and violent extrenism in the country. Over the years, the organization has become the forerunner of volunteerism and advocacies that recognizes the leadership skills and particiaption of the youth inthe fight against illegal drugs and terrorism geared towards the establishment of peace and development.
