UNIPHIL was established to focus on empowering young individuals through education, leadership, and community service for indigenous peoples. Created to address the needs and aspirations of the youth, the council serves as a platform where IP students and IP young leaders can actively participate in programs that promote personal growth, social responsibility, and community involvement, especially the underserved communities. The organization strongly advocates for accessible and quality education, believing that every young IP person deserves equal opportunities to learn, grow, and succeed regardless of their background or circumstances. Through outreach programs, literacy campaigns, leadership trainings, school support activities, donation drives, and community-based initiatives, the council aims to uplift indigenous youth by encouraging them to pursue education, strengthen their confidence, and develop their talents and leadership potential. One of the primary objectives of UNIPHIL is to promote inclusivity, cultural appreciation, and youth empowerment while creating meaningful opportunities for learning and service.
