Project Luntian: Youth for Climate Action is a youth-led environmental organization dedicated to promoting environmental stewardship, climate action, and sustainable development among young people. Established by environmentally conscious youth, the organization serves as a platform for empowering young individuals to actively participate in protecting and preserving the environment through education, advocacy, volunteerism, and community-based initiatives. The organization recognizes the vital role of the youth in addressing environmental challenges and fostering positive change within schools and communities. Guided by the values of responsibility, leadership, cooperation, and sustainability, Project Luntian aims to develop environmentally aware and action-oriented young leaders who are committed to building a cleaner, greener, and more resilient future. Objectives To reduce local waste pollution through regular clean-up drives and waste management activities. 2. To promote sustainable habits and environmentally responsible practices, including reducing plastic use and encouraging proper waste segregation. 3. To restore and protect green spaces through tree-planting activities and the maintenance of native tree species. 4. To raise environmental awareness and climate literacy among youth and community members through educational campaigns, seminars, and advocacy programs. 5. To develop youth leadership, volunteerism, and active participation in environmental conservation and climate action initiatives. 6. To encourage community involvement and collective action in address in environmental concerns and promoting sustainability. 7. TO establish partnerships with schools, local government units, and other organizations in support Of environmental protection programs.
