The United Cordilleran Students Cultural Organization (UCSCO) at the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao is a recognized student organization that promotes Cordilleran culture, heritage, and identity within the academic community. It serves as a platform for students from the Cordillera region to showcase their traditions through performances, exhibits, and cultural activities, while fostering unity, collaboration, and service among its members. UCSCO also contributes to the university’s mission by engaging in community outreach, cultural preservation, and artistic expression, ensuring that Cordilleran values and practices remain vibrant and relevant in higher education. OBJECTIVES: • Uphold the dignity of members; • Preserve and promote the indigenous cultural heritage of the Cordillera people in Cagayan Valley elsewhere; • Aid in the development of the different provinces of the Cordillera through whatever means; • Foster peace, unity, and cooperation among the Cordilleras and the people that live within their respective communities; • Instill the value and brotherhood among its members; • Assist UCSCO members I coping with the financial demands of education sickness, accident and death; • Work for the attainment of conductive learning environment with the member schools in Cagayan and elsewhere; and, • Encourage voluntarism as an instrument of social heritage.
