4H Club Ligao City Federation is a youth organization which aims to produce young leaders who are passionate in engaging in agriculture and to provide community service; be a driving force in shaping agriculture's future, where young agriculturists are at the forefront of transformative change, fostering a resilient, innovative, and sustainable global food system; provide support, resources, and opportunities for young agriculturists to develop their skills, build networks, and access technology to improve farming practices; promote a positive and inclusive environment, develops leadership and teamwork skills, and fosters strong friendships among its members; To strengthen youth engagement and participation in agriculture in Ligao City, Albay; and mostly, to encourage community participation and initiative in agricultural activities.
